DRM USA Launches New Website

The DRM USA group announces the launch of its new web site, along with its revised name. This is a loose nit group of broadcasters, equipment manufacturers and individuals interesting in the applications of the Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM) broadcast technology standard in the USA. Adil Mina of Continental Electronics is current chairman of the group. Please check out our new site at www.drmusa.org.

As a national platform of the DRM Consortium, we promote interest in the DRM standard in the USA. Currently approved for international broadcasting by the FCC, the DRM standard may have specialized applications in under-served areas of the US, as well as low power local broadcasts on 26 MHz.
